Motorcycle Headlight Housing Mold
Production tooling for headlight housings, reflector carriers, lens bezels, DRL surrounds, and rear lamp bodies. Engineered for optical surface control, heat resistance, sealing accuracy, and PC / PMMA / ABS material systems used in two-wheeler lighting assemblies.
Motorcycle headlight housing molds are built for manufacturing lighting components that must satisfy optical clarity, thermal stability, vibration resistance, and sealing requirements. Tooling is developed from customer CAD data with wall thickness verification, gating strategy, warp prediction, and optical surface validation before steel procurement. Molds accommodate PC, PMMA, ABS, and PC/ABS grades with dedicated polishing of light-transmitting and reflector surfaces to optical grade. Deliverables include DFM reports, mold flow analysis, steel certificates, T1 sampling, dimensional inspection reports, optical surface measurement data, and PPAP documentation packages suitable for two-wheeler OEM and Tier 1 lighting suppliers.
