Plastic Pipe Connector Injection Mold
Production tooling for pipe fittings, elbows, tees, couplers, reducers, threaded adapters, and compression connector bodies. Engineered for pressure sealing, thread accuracy, wall thickness uniformity, and PP / PVC / PE / PPR material systems used in plumbing, irrigation, and industrial piping assemblies.
Plastic pipe connector molds are built for manufacturing fittings that must satisfy pressure sealing, thread engagement, dimensional repeatability, and long-term durability requirements. Tooling is developed from customer CAD data with wall thickness verification, gating strategy, warp prediction, and thread geometry validation before steel procurement. Molds accommodate PP, PVC, PE, PPR, and glass-filled grades with dedicated attention to core pulling for internal threads and unscrewing mechanisms for external threads. Deliverables include DFM reports, mold flow analysis, steel certificates, T1 sampling, dimensional inspection reports, thread gauge verification data, and PPAP documentation packages suitable for plumbing, irrigation, and industrial piping supply chains.
