EV charging station housing molds are production tools built for manufacturing outdoor-rated enclosures including AC wallbox covers, DC cabinet front panels, pedestal housings, cable management covers, and connector docking stations. Tooling is developed from customer CAD data with gating strategy, warp analysis, and sealing surface validation completed before steel procurement. Molds are designed to accommodate flame-retardant PC/ABS, PC, ASA, and glass-filled PA grades, with wall thickness control for dielectric strength requirements. Deliverables include DFM reports, mold flow analysis, steel certificates, T1 sampling, dimensional inspection, IP sealing verification support, and PPAP documentation for infrastructure and OEM qualification programs.
