Automotive Interior Injection Mold
Automotive interior injection molds are production tooling systems built for manufacturing interior trim components including instrument panel substrates, door panel carriers, center console structures, pillar covers, and glove box assemblies. Molds are designed around customer CAD data with mold flow validation, cooling analysis, and ejection simulation before steel cutting. Tooling is delivered with process parameter documentation, first article inspection reports, and PPAP documentation packages for Tier 1 and OEM supply chains. Production support includes cycle time optimization, warpage control, and surface finish verification against master samples.
