Common Issues and Solutions

  • Issue: Wobbling or excessive fitting gap after bracket installation.
    Analysis: This may be due to calculation deviation of shrinkage after injection molding or mold cavity wear.
    Solution: Conduct trial molding and dimensional inspection before mass production; fine-tune injection parameters or repair the mold based on actual measurement data. Perform a full inspection or sampling inspection of fitting dimensions before ex-factory.
  • Issue: Product deformation under high-temperature working conditions.
    Analysis: The heat resistance level of the selected material is insufficient, or the rib distribution in the structural design is unreasonable.
    Solution: It is advisable to communicate the peak operating temperature of the printer during the material selection phase and select glassfiber reinforced materials or adjustthe  wall thickness design to improve the Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT).
